How to Buy NEUY Tokens

Step 1

Create a Wallet

MetaMask is a cryptocurrency wallet app (available for iOS and Android) and a web browser extension (available in Chrome, Firefox and Brave) used to store, send and receive Ethereum and Tokens.

Detailed step by step instruction for setting up the browser extension is provide in the link.

Step 2 (option 1)

Add NEUY Token to Wallet

Open Metamask from dropdown option in browser, scroll to the bottom and tap “Add Token”.

Copy the contract address shown above and put it in the “Token Contract Address” box.

Token symbol and token decimal will be automatically filled, ensure you are on the “Ethereum Mainnet” as shown at the top.

Click “Next” and you should now have NEUY token support added to your wallet!

Step 2 (option 2)

Add Polygon Network to Metamask and Add NEUY Token to Wallet

Switch the connected blockchain by clicking on the tab saying Main Ethereum Network, we need to add the Matic network.

Scroll down until you find Custom RPC.

Enter in the Matic Mainnet settings as shown. Now you can add Neuy to Metamask using this contract address rather than the one above.

Step 3 (option 1)

Buy Ethereum (ETH) on Coinbase

In the animated GIF on the left you can see how to make a purchase on Coinbase, the one point to make is please make sure to select ETH.

After purchasing, there may be a delay while your transaction is processed. Be patient, this is normal!

Step 3 (option 2)

Buy Ethereum (ETH) on Bitbuy

Bitbuy is an excellent Canadian app for purchasing crypto currencies using Canadian Dollars. The only limitation is the access to some tokens such as NEUY.

Once you have an account which should only require a username and password, you are shown an opening screen (image above). To purchase Ethereum using Canadian Dollars, tap “Deposit”.

You are then presented with several options but all you need to do is select Canadian Dollar (CAD).

The next step requires selecting your preferred method of money transfer, Interac E-transfer or Bank Wire. For E-transfer ensure the bank account email address matches the email account used by Bitbuy.

Once you have sent money to your wallet select Ethereum on app main screen and tap “Buy” button.

Step 3 (option 3)

Buy Ethereum (ETH) on Metamask

You can easily buy Ethereum with a debit card or Apple Pay directly within MetaMask app by clicking “Buy” at the top or “Buy ETH” at the bottom.

Once selected you are then present with your purchase method as shown below.

In this example we selected Apple Pay which presented the screen to the left. Enter amount and done.

Before we jump to the next step please note, other great options are Trust Wallet, Binance, Kraken, FTX, Ledger, and many more. What works best for you will depend on your country and region.

Step 4

Transfer/Send ETH to Metamask

Once your purchase of ETH has been cleared, you will need to transfer it to Metamask Wallet if you didn’t purchase ETH from within Metamask.

You will first need your Metamask wallet address. You can find this by tapping the “Receive” button. This is the address you share with others or what is referred to as your “public address key”

You will be presented with your Wallet public key. Copy this address. You will then go to either Bitbuy or Coinbase and tap the “Send” button. You paste into the address input field (DOUBLE CHECK DESTINATION ADDRESS IS CORRECT!) You will most likely receive a text message/email with a code to enter to complete the transaction.

Step 5 (option 1)

Swap on Metamask for NEUY

Once your transaction has been cleared, and you have ETH in your Metamask Wallet.

Open Metamask App or Browser extension. Tap or Click on the “SWAP” button. This will present the screen on the left. Enter your ETH amount, then in the “Swap to” option enter “NEUY”. By default the 3% slippage should be fine. Once filled in, tap the “Review Swap” button to present the screen below.

Tap “Swap” (this process will connect directly to uniswap for you) and wait patiently for the transaction to clear. This process may not be instant and can take anywhere from a few minutes up to an hour sometimes, depending on traffic.

Once the transaction has been cleared, you should have NEUY in your Metamask Wallet!

Step 5 (option 2)

Swap on Uniswap for NEUY

If you prefer to swap directly on Uniswap using your Metamask browser extension rather directly from within Metamask.

Open the Uniswap DApp in your Browser, (https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap). Connect your Metamask Wallet in the top-right.

Enter ETH amount that you wish to swap for NEUY as shown, then just click Swap and wait patiently for the transaction to clear. This process may not be instant and can take anywhere from a few minutes up to an hour sometimes, depending on traffic.

Once the transaction has been cleared, you should have NEUY in your Metamask Wallet!
